Mercutio Bug extension:

The JBX soution is to patch JGNEFilter which is called 60 or so times a 
second and then locks the GDevices. My patch only re-locks the devices 
after calling PopUpMenuSelect() which is when the actual moment of the 
bug occurs. 

I also alerted the author about the bug. He's since fixed it, 
but it will take a long time to get updated versions of all those apps 
into user's hands.
